Wray Harrison

Attorney Wray Harrison practices in the following areas: Wills, Codicils, Estate Planning, Real Estate Transfers, Real Estate Closings – (residential and commercial and refinance); and Business Formation such as incorporations (Incs) and limited-liability corporations (LLCs).

Born in Charlotte, Wray has lived in North Carolina all of his life.  Attorney Harrison is an Eagle Scout and God & Country Award recipient. In the late 1970s he was also honored to receive a Congressional Military  Appointment to the military academy of his choosing by Congressman, James G. Martin. In 1983, Wray graduated from UNC-Greensboro, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting and Directing.  In 1985, he returned to UNC-G  for his NC teacher certification in theatre arts. Wray entered law school at North Carolina Central University in 1994, and was one of the first evening law students to finish his four-year degree program in only three years. In 1997, he graduated magna cum laude, and moved to Wake Forest, where he currently resides.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Wray was a 1:1 teacher/parent at a group home for autistic youth. He also worked for the United States Postal Service for eight years.  Wray married Emily (Burgess) in 1986, and they have three children and two grandchildren. He is active in his church and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. Wray also served for five years as the secretary/treasurer of the North Wake Business Professionals BNI group, and is a charter member of the Wake Forest Lions Club. In addition to law and theatre, Wray enjoys NCSU sports, golf, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family. He has also written the novel, A Christmas Legend, which is available for purchase on Amazon.
